By handing over garments/articles to us, the customer agrees to the following terms:
- Acceptance of Garments
- All items are accepted at customer’s risk.
- While utmost care is taken, we are not responsible for inherent defects, weak fabric, or hidden damages not visible at the time of acceptance.
- Cleaning Process & Risks
- We follow standard professional cleaning processes.
- Stain removal is not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for:
- Color fading or bleeding
- Shrinkage or stretching
- Damage to embellishments (buttons, beads, zips, embroidery, prints)
- These are considered fabric/material-related risks.
- Pricing & Payment
- Charges are based on garment type and condition.
- Extra charges may apply for:
- Heavy stains
- Delicate fabrics
- Express/urgent service
- All prices are exclusive of GST (if applicable).
- Delivery/return will be made only after full payment.
- Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time is provided at the time of booking.
- Delays may occur due to technical issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for delays beyond reasonable control.
- Loss or Damage Liability
- In case of loss or damage due to our negligence:
- Compensation shall be limited to maximum 5 times the cleaning charge of the garment.
- No compensation will be given based on brand value or sentimental value.
- Final decision on claims rests with management after inspection.
- Claims & Complaints
- Any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the original receipt through official communication channels, namely:

- Garments must be unused after delivery for claim eligibility.
- No claims will be entertained after the specified time.
- Unclaimed Garments
- Garments not collected within 30 days of delivery date:
- May attract storage charges, or
- Will not be our responsibility thereafter.
- Customer Responsibility
- Customers must:
- Check garment count at the time of submission and delivery
- Inform special instructions in advance
- We are not responsible for valuables left in pockets (cash, jewellery, documents, etc.).
- Refusal of Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service for:
- Items that may damage other garments or machines
- Hazardous, illegal, or contaminated materials
- Legal Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
- Customer rights remain protected under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Policy Updates
- These terms may be updated without prior notice.
